The Dandelion Ride 2019 – HCA Hospice Singapore Charity Cycling Event

Hospice Care (HCA) is a non-profit organisation in Singapore, it is one of the largest home hospice care provider, and is registered charity since 1989. Into their 30th anniversary, HCA is organising The Dandelion Ride to raise a total of $300,000 for 1,000 home visits to provide care and comfort for patients with life-limiting illnesses.

This is going to be my second charity ride since 2017 when he last participated in Ride for Rainbows, where I’ve managed to raise funds for the children in need in Singapore. It was a memorable and an unforgettable moment. Where participants had the same end goal, and riding 100KM overnight was a challenge and yet an exciting adventure.

As for this time round I came with a goal in mind is that I remembered how taking care of my late maternal grandmother back in 2014 was tiring for the family, and yet we want her to enjoy her last mile of life. Which gave me the motivation and hope have the opportunity to ride in this event.

Thank you very much for everyone’s support and let’s make the difference.
